Summary: REFLEXA is privacy-first. Your test results are stored only in your browser. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. We have no user accounts and no central database of your activity.
To measure your connection, REFLEXA connects to third-party diagnostic endpoints. Your IP address is necessarily visible to these services to perform the test, per their own privacy policies:
REFLEXA does not log or retain any of these results on its own servers.
For Pro subscriptions, payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). We never see or store your card details. We store a one-way hash of your purchase email solely to issue and validate your license key via our Cloudflare Worker. License validation records a counter and last-seen timestamp for anti-abuse only.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that uses no cookies and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites. It reports only aggregate page-view statistics.
REFLEXA uses no tracking cookies. We use only browser localStorage for the app to function (preferences and license), which you can clear anytime via your browser settings.
Since your data lives in your browser, you control it entirely. Clear your browser storage to delete everything. To request deletion of your license record, contact us.
REFLEXA is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
