Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with REFLEXA Pro, request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

1. Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase.
Applies to first-time purchases and the most recent renewal payment.
The Free plan involves no payment and needs no refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email hanodeking15@gmail.com from your purchase email address with the subject "Refund Request". Include your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt). Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime via the "Manage Subscription" link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. We recommend cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Renewal charges are refundable within 14 days of the renewal under the same terms above.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined in cases of clear abuse, fraud, or license-sharing violations.
Requests made after 14 days are at our discretion.

6. Payment Processor

Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Their buyer-protection terms also apply.
